Why I do this
There are plenty of people who can build you a website or set up a booking system. What they can't do is understand why your intake form needs a specific disclosure sections, or why your cancellation policy looks different to a fitness coach's, or why the way a client books a Reiki session needs to feel completely different to the way they'd book a haircut.
I'm a Reiki Master Teacher. I live in this world as both practitioner and facilitator. I understand the nuances, the client relationships, the treatment timeframes, the sensitivity around notes and consent. I get it, and not because I've researched your industry, but because I'm in it.
Soulful Solutions started four years ago when a friend asked for help with her website. She didn't know her own phone pin, let alone how to maintain a Wix site her husband had built. A few hours later, it was done and she cried with joy, whereas I was thinking about what’s next to fix!
That's still how it works. What feels impossible to you feels completely natural to me. And because I understand your world from the inside, nothing gets lost in translation.
